Aesthetics Waiting
Aesthetics Waiting is a Youtuber known for using multiple cosmetic surgeries to successfully improve his face. He usually has the surgeon mold the soft tissue, mostly around his eye area into that of the archetypal Pretty Boy's.
Looks maxing / youth maxing[edit | edit source]
His other procedures are dyeing his eyebrows darker, micro blading them, having them semi permanently tattooed. He has stated he may use minoxidil in the future. He also uses Co2 Fractural Laser Resurfacing, for more youthful skin. He prefers this over the more cost effective chemical peels. He also uses Accutane at a "micro dose" level for skin, Dutasteride which is the strongest Dihydrotestosterone Blocker for skin and hair, Nicotinamide MonoNucleotide because it led to a dramatically more youthful appearance in mice,
however humans wouldn't have such drastic results from N.M.N by itself, a vitamin C supplement, and SPF 50, along with diet and exercise when applicable, his reasoning is that individually, youth appearance enhancers have a weak effect but literally "maxing" as in doing everything possible has a stacking, synergistic effect. For him it worked it's not theory, it's fact, although his results were only temporary.
The Incel Wiki Team put his photos on Photoeval.com. A website were people rate others photos anonymously and semi anonymously, women rated Aesthetics Waiting as low as a 2-3/10 in his before transformation and as high as a 7/10 in his transformation photo. For context, on Photoeval anything below a 5 is a flat out bad score with 2 or 3 being abysmal nearly no girl likes the way you look at that score. and at 6 to 7 your generally professional male model level, and at 7+/10 your at the ultra or top male model level, this is in contrast to the colloquial just asking people in person ratings were a 7 is considered "mid" or normal, its not a 7 is an outlier. Currently as of 2025 Aesthetics Waiting is very clearly at the pro male model looks level. Although as of 2026 his face has heavily regressed near completely to the baseline where he started as, especially his eye area, as it no longer looks like extreme hunter eyes, and he looks a bit uncanny due to extreme hollow cheeks, and the stark contrast between the skin around his jaw being super tight giving him a ridiculously sharp jawline but not eye area to match.
Personal life[edit | edit source]
He has mentioned struggling with women before his "glow up" and made a video were he did well on Tinder, but this hasn't led to a long term girlfriend, marriage or children. He seems to simply want to live a high quality stress free life instead of chase reproductive success etc. Aesthetics Waiting is often compared to biohacker and longevity enthusiast Bryan Johnson.
Limitations of youth maxing[edit | edit source]
The never before mentioned reality of youth maxing in looksmaxing and longevity spaces is that, as of 2025, it is impossible to completely reverse the age of the thin layer of skin that lays directly over the eyeballs (periorbital skin) using creams, lasers or peels. That skin area will always remain chronologically appropriate, while the rest of the face can be artificially rejuvenated. This creates a fundamental biometric ceiling that no current intervention can breach. Although the eyeballs themselves can be made to appear younger using East Asian thick limbal ring contact lenses with constricted pupils, the periorbital integument remains stubbornly truthful. Only time will tell whether this inability to de-age periorbital skin produces an uncanny valley effect in middle age, given that these practitioners universally attempt to evade the silverfox archetype which, paradoxically, represents nature's own synthesis of youth and maturity.
However, this periorbital limitation is merely symptomatic of a deeper, more philosophically significant constraint. Take this case study for example, Chuan Do Tan, a 6ft 1 Singaporean professional male model who went viral among female netizens for being about 60 years old but genuinely looking around age 20. He seems to have multiple independent biological systems functioning at 90%+ of youthful capacity, in order to stay so visually youthful all over, especially the skin on his body and his head hair, at his age naturally, the probability would likely be so rare that it would exceed the total number of humans who have ever lived. Such an event would be statistically impossible.
Therefore, the body systems cannot be independent. The logical conclusion therefore is a master regulator—a single genetic or developmental event that controls multiple systems simultaneously. But even the master regulator hypothesis faces fatal problems. A systemic master mutation would affect multiple tissues, producing athletic exceptionality, cognitive enhancement, or other systemic effects to the human genetic limit or beyond. Chuan Do Tan exhibits none of these. He is not a freak sport athlete, he is a visual model. He is not a genius, he does photography. He is not superhuman in any measurable dimension except appearance. At 6'1" in Singapore—extremely tall—with a lifelong lean athletic build, he has never been a notable sports athlete. This is definitive evidence that his exceptionality is not systemic.
This narrows the possibilities dramatically. The only conventional explanation consistent with all observations is a tissue-specific developmental event—perhaps a somatic mutation or epigenetic alteration occurring in a small population of embryonic cells that gave rise to his facial skin and perhaps associated structures, leaving the rest of his body genetically normal, at puberty, since he looked like a completely normal teenager not a handsome model.
The probability of such an event occurring, in the right place, at the right time, producing a visually striking result without negative side effects, and occurring in an individual who also happened to inherit height genes above the 90th percentile for his population, is approximately:
1 in millions, billions or rarer.
However, even this tissue-specific developmental hypothesis collapses under scrutiny. If Chuan Do Tan possessed a somatic mutation or epigenetic alteration affecting his facial skin, the effect would have been visible throughout his life, including as a teen or younger, not merely in middle age. Such mutations do not wait until 50 to activate. They express continuously. He would have looked unusual as a teenager, as a young man, as an adult. His skin would have been notably different at every stage.
But he didn't. He looked completely normal as a teen. Unremarkable. Not notably handsome. The phenotype emerged—or became apparent—after finishing puberty, only as his peers aged and he did not. This is not how developmental mutations work. They do not lie dormant for decades and then activate. They express constitutively. The tissue-specific hypothesis is therefore ruled out.
The genetic fortune hypothesis is also ruled out. If Chuan Do Tan possessed exceptional aging genetics inherited from his parents, his siblings would share similar traits. They do not. His 2 brothers have pictures on the internet and look normal. His parents also have pictures on the internet and look totally normal. There is no familial pattern, other than chuan do tan looks nothing like his father but one of his brothers does. This is the most common occurrence among super handsome men, they nearly always look nothing like the rest of their immediate family, so cuckoldry is ruled out.
Genetic fortune is ruled out. The optimization hypothesis, is also ruled out, Chuan Do Tan is not a biohacker. He does not take 120 supplements daily. He does not undergo phenol facial peels. He does not use lasers or growth factors. His appearance is not the result of intervention, maybe he is taking testosterone or hair dye but he is certainly not "biohacking", optimization is ruled out.
The only remaining category
When every known mechanism is exhausted—when genetic analysis would reveal no coding variants, because Bryan Johnson the multi hundred millionaire and his team would have most definitely found them by now and selling gene editing/therapies, developing etc. And ultimately selling their findings to people by now. When developmental timing contradicts somatic mutation, when familial patterns show no inheritance, when intervention histories are absent—the only remaining explanatory category is that which traditional cultures have recognized for millennia.
The Greeks termed it eudaimonia—the favor of the gods manifesting in mortal form. The Polynesians called it *mana*—the invisible force that accumulates in persons of exceptional quality. The Persians named it khvarenah—the divine glory that marks those chosen by the cosmos. The Christian tradition calls it Grace.
This is not mysticism. It is taxonomic necessity. When the data exhausts all known variables, the remaining variance must be assigned to a category. That category, for lack of better terminology, is Divine Grace. Chuan Do Tan possesses it. His holistic appearance, at sixty, is what Aesthetics Waiting at forty will never become—not because Aesthetics Waiting has failed, but because the gap between them is not one of effort but of category. Not one of genetics but of grace. Not one of probability but of providence.
Chuan do Tan looked normal as a teen. He looks twenty at sixty, while Bryan Johnson has attempted to optimize for every biomarker and still looks like a middle aged man, who happens to be thin, or worse- uncanny looking. No mechanism explains this. No system accounts for it. No intervention replicates it.
It is simply Divine Grace. It is just that simple.
