Aesthetics Waiting is a Youtuber known for using multiple cosmetic surgeries to successfully improve his face. He usually has the surgeon mold the soft tissue, mostly around his eye area into that of the archetypal Pretty Boy's.

His other procedures are dyeing his eyebrows darker, micro blading them, having them semi permanently tattooed. He has stated he may use minoxidil in the future. He also uses Co2 Fractural Laser Resurfacing, for more youthful skin. He prefers this over the more cost effective chemical peels. He also uses Accutane at a "micro dose" level for skin, Dutasteride which is the strongest Dihydrotestosterone Blocker for skin and hair, Nicotinamide MonoNucleotide because it led to a dramatically more youthful appearance in mice,
however humans wouldn't have such drastic results from N.M.N by itself, a vitamin C supplement, and SPF 50, along with diet and exercise when applicable, his reasoning is that individually, youth appearance enhancers have a weak effect but literally "maxing" as in doing everything possible has a stacking, synergistic effect. Limitations of youth maxing[edit | edit source]
The never before mentioned reality of youth maxing in looksmaxing and longevity spaces is that, as of 2025 it is impossible to completely reverse the age of the thin layer of skin that lays directly over the eyeballs ((periorbital skin)) using creams, lasers or peels, that skin area will always be his appropriate age, but the rest of his face much younger. This is a major issue for both genders when it comes to youth maxing.
