Bragging
Bragging, in the incelosphere, is any mention of being found attractive by girls, and/or receiving positive attention from them outside of a paid escorting or other mercenary context.
On incels.co, the ban on bragging is heavily enforced, regardless of the user's stated intent in bragging. Originally, off-site bragging was ignored by mods when it was brought to their attention, under the theory that evidence originating outside of Incels.co and its sister sites, such as Looksmax.me, could be fabricated for all they knew. In late 2018, mods began accepting screenshots from Discord, lookism forums, etc., as actionable evidence of bragging that could result in a ban.
The non-bragging rule is based on the concept of FAKECELS OUT and also is intended to create a better environment for incels.
Caamib is a strong opponent of no-bragging rules.
