| Occupation: | BP influencer |
| Ethnicity: | White (Irish, Italian and German) |
Braden Eric Peters (known as Clavicular) is an American looksmaxer who exponentially grew in popularity on social media in early 2025, considered mainstream particularly on the TikTok app by October 2025. Notably, he is known for his extreme DIY looksmaxing, partaking in controversial and unsafe actives such as: The usage and clear promotion of steroids,[1] plastic surgery,[2] unironically bonesmashing,[3][4] and utilising the field of pharmaceutical knowledge to experiment with chemicals that could potentially improve his appearance[5] (including wreckless methods, allegedly snorting meth[6] for the purpose of achieving facial leanness). He is also infamous amongst the internet community for his brutally honest SMV ratings[7] and an edgy sense of humor.[8] "Clav", an abbreviated nickname for the notorious looksmaxer, is worshipped by some of the tiktok blackpill community, praised by tiktokcels and grays, often even being included in BP edits.[8]
Pre-ascension[edit | edit source]
Little is known about Clav's childhood. Due to the well-known fact Clavicular is autistic,[9] he may have had a different childhood compared to his peers. His teen years are also filled with mysteries and somewhat contradictory statements. On one hand, he has indicated that he was an incel in his early teenage years (further evidenced by his appearance and his occasional bursts of truecel rage). On the other hand, he claimed to have been able to "pull" - the act of winning over a girl - even prior to his ascension,[10] pointing to the conclusion that he was most likely a nearcel. He claims to have started taking steroids at the age of 14.[11][12] During his mid teenage years, he browsed blackpill/looksmaxing websites (such as looksmax.org and bodybuilding forums), and at just 16 years of age, he would often create anonymous Instagram accounts where he would indiscriminately comment on and rate the looks of girls from his hometown.[13]
His ascension[edit | edit source]
Clav's ascension took place approximately beginning at 16 and seeing notable success by 18, in this period he took trenbolone (a powerful anabolic steroid which resulted in him being kicked out of university), accutane (a strong anti acne medication), got botox injections and did various other hardmax and softmax techniques to looksmax and achieve a credible, valuable ascension.[14] It was around this time (early 2025) that he began to post videos on social media detailing how he ascended, quickly gaining traction due to the effectiveness of his methods and his unhinged but relatable personality.[15] He was kicked out of his parents' house and had to live with his grandmother for about a year.
Post-ascension and internet presence[edit | edit source]
Following his ascension, Clav began posting more often on various platforms, rapidly gaining popularity on tiktok, by the summer of 2025, he was a huge name in the blackpill community on TikTok, even collaborating with other creators like Zeta, K. Shami, Dillon Latham and Cookie King (The latter of which he has helped with looksmaxing). By October of 2025, Clav had become mainstream, being invited on podcasts and meeting internet celebrities like Adin Ross,[16] Nick Fuentes,[17] Sneako,[18] Jack Doherty,[19] and many others. Clav claims his body-count is in the triple digits ('00s), which doesn't come as a surprise to many of his followers, given that he is, statusmaxxed and is considered a Chad in terms of looks. Amongst his concerns, accidentally getting someone pregnant is not one of them, as he is (temporarily) infertile due to steroid abuse.[18] He also opened a $49-per-month private looksmaxing course called "Clavicular's Clan", similar to Hamza's "Adonis tribe", many viewers have called out Clav for this, accusing him of being a grifter.[20]
Holy hair[edit | edit source]
"Holy hair" is a meme term referring to an incident whereby Cookie, a common face amongst the group of looksmaxers but not primarily one himself, caught Clav on camera from a really bad angle, an angle which made his hair look ridiculously out of shape, becoming a funny topic of conversation shortly after its upload.[21]
Molecule[edit | edit source]
"Molecule" is a semi-nonsensical meme term, coined by Clav in the summer of 2025, originating from the statement, "you didn't read a single molecule of the thread". The meme is also interpreted alternatively, with claims that if you say "molecule" often enough, you will ascend. There are multiple other interpretations of its meaning. This meme has become popular thanks to a clip of him saying "molecule" and in quick succession, followed with him saying the N-word, exemplifying his odd social tendencies.[22][23]
Withered clav[edit | edit source]
Around late october of 2025, Clav began appearing with a significantly darker skin tone and with a significantly less smooth appearance. Viewers began referring to him as "Withered Clav", the exact cause for this effect is unknown, though many suspect his use of substances or overuse of MT-II (Melano Tan II) may be the cause.[24][25]
Though this "withered Clav" effect seems to have gone away, it highlights a significant problem he may have to face in the future; his health, appearing far older than how one may naturally age, likely due to his use of various illegal drugs (allegedly) and steroids, often without medical assistance nor professional consultation and supervision, marking the key concerns on this matter. Rehab Room summarizes this issue perfectly in a video he made on clav [available here], where at 7:59 into the video Rehab says this: "Make no mistake bro, there will be a price to pay in due time, you don't stay 19 forever, his views on life are gonna change, his body is gonna change, this concoction stuff catches up to you, the reaper is also concocting something, which concoction is stronger? we are gonna see." - Rehab Room, Nov 14th, 2025.[26]
Running over someone[edit | edit source]
On December 24th, 2025, Clav was doing a regular evening stream in Miami, when suddenly a man allegedly began following and stalking him, the alleged stalker jumped on his windshield and Clav decided to accelerate, running him over with his Tesla Cybertruck. Clav is reported to have said "I hope so" after someone in his car asked him if the man he just ran over had died.[27] Reports say he did not die, Clav was questioned by police but faced no charges.
