Concave indicates recession convex is seen as more ideal. The ideal measurements overall are 141 including nose, 178 without. For women it is about 140 that is more ideal however this is also dependent on race [1]

The upper lip should ideally be 4mm behind this line and the lower lip should ideally be 2mm behind this line. A recessed (inward) chin or a flat nose will increase or decrease these measurements.
