Sexual realism is the practice of seeking the truth about sexuality, no matter how uncomfortable or comfortable the conclusions might be. The goal of the sexual realist is to gain a better understanding of the world, not to validate a pre-existing opinion. Sexual realists tend to believe in fundamental gender differences between men and women. They may or may not believe these differences can be changed by society in a short period of time.
One example being the Clear Pill[1].
