Female hypoagency
Women's hypoagency (Greek hypo "under") refers to women's passivity and lack of agency, whether as a result of their own preference or by social norms or expectations. This is equivalent to women fundamentally lacking status, a drive to lead and take on responsibility (with few exceptions). Rather than picking the fruit themselves, they get men do it for them. The result is that women are rarely accountable because they are never the cause of anything and they are also less often held accountable because nobody expects women to take on responsibility due to their neoteny and weakness.
Women's lack of agency often expresses as helplessness. Women will often even exploit their neoteny and make themselves look weak in order to manipulate men into helping them. Men will often comply with such wishes, especially nice guys, often in hopes of a (sexual) return, which women subconsciously know, but never admit.
Due to the great male horniness surplus, women can exploit their hypoagency to increase their fitness and survival and that of their offspring by giving sex to men only if they do things for them.
