A male high-tier normie is a guy who is slightly better off than a mid-tier normie, but is still below a chadlite in terms of SMV and LMS. Some common characteristics possessed by a male high-tier normie includes a stable career, and at least an average height. Prior to the advent of feminism, dating and the acquirement of a wife was a piece of cake for the male high-tier normie. However, since feminism has taken a hold of society, the male high-tier normie has to put in a decent amount of effort in order to land a girlfriend or a wife. In the past, even a blue collar or working class man would find the ability to obtain a spouse not that difficult. All he had to do was ensure he had a job; he then would head out for the nearest spot wherein the genders freemixed, scope out for any woman who would reciprocate his eye contact and "bam", he'd land himself a significant other.
As of the 2010s, that's no longer the case. The female ego has been inflated by the feminist campaigns to such an extent that even high-tier normies must prove his worth to her. Although low to mid-tier normie females might have a lower bar for him to attain, his looksmatch in the 21st century does not behave like his equal. Instead, when she meets him, she damn near assumes the archetype of a journalist, whereby her looksmatch (the high-tier normie male) assumes the role of interviewee who has to prove to her that he is spouse material.

A female high-tier normie is a woman is slightly better off than a mid-tier normie, but is still below a Stacylite in terms of SMV and LMS. Female high-tier normies are sometimes referred to as High-tier Beckies.
