Robin Hanson
Robin Hanson is an incelphobophobe and associate professor of economics at George Mason University. In response to the murders committed by Alek Minassian, he argued that it may be moral to redistribute sex provided it is moral to redistribute other emotional labor in society.[1][2] He also highlighted the hypocrisy of anti-incels opposing redistribution of sex but not almost anything else. Ross Douthat agreed with Hanson in a New York Times article, saying Hanson's vision regarding a redistribution of sex using sex workers or sex robots is inevitable.[2] Other journalists from Vice and Financial Times were appalled by Hanson's sexual economic approach (treating sex as a good) and claimed Hanson had set off a "toxic conversation" which had empowered the incel movement.[3][4]
In a 2010 article, he claimed being cuckolded is just as bad for men as "gentle silent rape" is for women.[5]
