Scott Alexander is a psychiatrist, blogger,[1] incelologist and former incel[2] who refers to people on the inceldom spectrum as "the romanceless". He formerly ran the blog Slate Star Codex, a near-anagram of his own pseudonym, until he shut it down in response to a doxxing threat by a New York Times journalist.[3] He is most notable for debunking the stereotype that people on the inceldom spectrum are entitled and his critique of third-wave feminism.[2] He also wrote about Scott Aaronson getting into conflict with feminists.[4] He is popular in U.S. rationalist circles.
