Oreo Man (born in May 31, 1989 [Age 30]), also known as Savvy Guy and formerly Jambrandon531, is an American singer, rapper, vlogger, and a notable member of the online community/collective True Forced Loneliness (TFL), which is a subgroup of incels. His real name is unknown, but his legal name is debated by many to be "Brandon James". Oreo Man was one of the most prominent youtubers in the black incelosphere and is associated with the TFL universe.
Personal life[edit | edit source]
Not much is known about James' history or past beyond his videos. James was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia and since middle school, has experienced many hardships with the opposite sex. He proclaims in his videos that he never had a girlfriend nor sexual intercourse with a female.
At the age of 19 years old, James went on his first date and almost had an opportunity to lose his virginity, but quit upon realizing that he had no contraceptive. One day in middle school, James had a "nigga" run up behind him and knock him upside his head with a blunt object. It is unknown if this gave him brain damage. According to YouTube comments left by James, he has a cousin who is abusive in a relationship with a man. He has also stated that he was molested by a currently incarcerated family member.
As for his employment and social status, he stated multiple times that he is in the process of becoming an electrician, but no further update was given on this. In a 2018 interview, he stated that he currently works in a vitamin lab.
His geographic origin is Atlanta, Georgia.
YouTube career and motifs[edit | edit source]
His videos primarily center around him venting on his frustration with women, "issues" in the black community, and being a self proclaimed failure, with most of his videos being him talking in his car or his room. Common themes in his videos include constant self-loathing (referring to himself as "a nigga who aint shit", "fuck nigga", "piece of shit", etc.), complaining about women, drinking or eating, looking behind himself or around in a paranoid manner, and explaining how he wishes he were other people (e.g. Matthew McConaughey, George Clooney, Ryan Gosling, Chris Brown, Trey Songz, Tyga, etc.).
James has said in multiple videos that he had been making videos since 2008, despite almost all of them being deleted, private, or lost altogether. His oldest found video is a interview with retired YouTube personality, Junebug Obama, which was released in 2010.
In 2016, Oreo man made a 20 min long video ranting about looks. In the video he said "steve hoca is a lifesaver", among other repeated phrases. The video made waves on the black incelosphere, gaining oreo man many viewers and followers. The video is still up on his original "oreo man" channel, but he has since created multiple other channels that are all similar in content and style. The only active one is "savvy guy", in which he still publicly likes videos using YouTube's "Like" feature.
James's videos are mostly found on the TFL archive channel, "you wouldn't like me when i get gutta," and has since amassed a cult following over the years. The channel gave exposure to not only Oreo Man, but other TFL goofballs such as Kent and Jamil The King. And no, the channel has not been approved by the original respective content creators.
Mental health[edit | edit source]
Oreo Man also believes that black women are all "bitches" and they are the root of all his problems. Despite him constantly being recaptivated by their physical appearances time and time again.
Oreo Man also evidently has chronic depression due to years of bitter loneliness, just a hunch based on his attitude in his videos. He also probably has some type mental disorder, more than likely caused by the blunt force trauma he received in 7th grade.
