Zyzz is a popular sex icon in the redpill and gymmaxxing community.[1] He died young of sudden cardiac arrest from consuming too much steroid to make himself look hyper-masculine.[2] He was not a reproductive success. His muscularity may partly be a sexually selected sexual dimorphism.
Biography[edit | edit source]
Born in Moscow as a Kurd, he had one older brother, Said Shavershian, who's also known as Chestbrah.
In 1993, his family moved to Australia where he attended an idependent Roman Catholic single-sex secondary school. He was an atheist but still liked the christian aesthetic.
Prior to his death in August 2011, he was set to graduate from the University of Western Sydney with a degree in business and commerce.
Gymmaxxing-Story[edit | edit source]
After being a skinny nerd who escaped school bullying through coping with video games until completing secondary school, he was inspired by his brother to join the local gym. He began learning about nutrition and training, pursuing his dream of becoming a body builder by spending 3 - 4 hours a day training in the gym. Arnold Schwarznegger and Frank Zane were his role models.
He was the poster boy of amateur bodybuilding, which he had made popular. He had established his own protein label, Protein of the Gods, released in June 2011. He also had a clothing line, and Zyzz's Bodybuilding Bible was released on 17 May 2011, which is a guide to gymmax.[1]
Intention[edit | edit source]
He wanted to impress and attract girls, as seen in an interview with the bodybulding website Simplyshredded.com. Later, he added that it is also derived from the feeling of having set goals and achieving them and outdoing himself in the gym.
