Soy points, also known as karma or upvotes, are worthless internet points that can be obtained on Reddit when someone “upvotes“ your post. Due to Reddit’s hive mind mentality, posting things that go with the mainstream will get you lots of soy points, while stepping out of line will cause you to lose them.
Similarly, due to the cucked nature of Reddit, simply being a female (usually signified by putting “female here” before a post) will get you thousands of soy points, while saying anything about them that is not emphatic praise will make you lose them.
BrazilianSigma, the most well-known member of the incelphobic hate group IncelTears, amassed over one million soy points before having his Reddit account suspended in 2020.
