Pubefantilism

Pubefantilism is the occurrence of delayed puberty. Someone who experiences delayed puberty is called a pubefantalist. Male pubefantilists often get bullied at school because all the features associated with masculinity are lacking. This includes muscles, a deep voice, height, enlarged genitalia, assertiveness, etc. The opposite condition is called praecoxy, which means precocious puberty. Someone experiencing praecoxy is called a praecoxer. Female praecoxers can often cause legal troubles for men whenever age is not spoken about during flirtation. The adult man assumes the praecoxer is an adult because of a developed appearance, yet later it comes to light he has been predatory against a minor, or even worse, committed statutory rape.
