Normalization Theory
Normalization Theory is a hypothesis which states that anyone who is not neurotypical is going to suffer in society in one way or another, until one adjusts oneself and becomes "normal" again.

The hypothesis suggests that anyone who is not neurotypical is going to suffer in society in one way or another, until one adjusts oneself and becomes "normal" again. This namely includes incels, people who are on the autistic spectrum, and people who suffer from dyslexia. This also includes mentally ill people and retards. There are only several groups of people that will avoid societal harassment in the future. Those would be homosexuals (and lesbians), people of color and trans-genders. Because those certain groups are a "protected class" in society due to media portrayal and different initiatives that help to promote those groups in a positive light.
