The horsepill is a theory that suggests that women are more willing to have sex with horses rather than incel men.

Sex with horses has been relatively rare throughout human history, though some recorded cases do exist.

• Catherine the Great, Empress of Russia, was rumoured to have died by attempting to have sexual relations with a horse.
