Abortion
Abortion is the act of killing one's unborn child, typically done for lifestyle reasons.
Abortion has been normalized and accepted in gynocentric societies since it can function as a way for women to be as promiscuous as they want without having to face the consequences of their actions (ie; giving birth). Feminists have therefore branded abortion as being about "women's rights", conveniently ignoring the fact that abortion is obviously against human rights.
Introduction: The Bruce Effect[edit | edit source]
The Bruce Effect[1] is a phenomenon found in various rodent species (first observed in mice), the phenomenon consists of female pregnant mice terminating their pregnancy when a new (typically stronger) male is near them. there are many theorized evolutionary causes of this, such as the theory that mice do this to prevent infanticide (many male mice will kill offspring from other males), another theory is that this is done to create better offspring. This effect may also be present in humans, when a woman is pregnant but found a chad, she would abort her child.
Biological Causes of Sentiment Towards Abortion[edit | edit source]
Much like the Bruce effect would suggest, abortion may be attractive to women since it can give them an opportunity to create better offspring with a more high-value male.
Chinese Selective Male Abortion and Economic Bias[edit | edit source]
Chinese society sees having male children as being more important than female children, this paired with the fact that from 1979 to 2015 there was the one child policy, resulted in a disproportionately higher abortion rate for female babies. the consequence of this has been a rise of inceldom among men in china, certain areas in china have a male to female ratio of 120 boys per 100 girls[2]. these "leftover men" have been a significant cause of problems in china causing increased human trafficking, bride buying and violence due to their inceldom.
African American Abortion Rate and Life History Theory[edit | edit source]
African Americans make up about 12% of the U.S. population but account for roughly 40% of reported abortions[3], this is caused by multiple factors, including but not limited to: disproportionate poverty rates, less sex education in schools serving black youth (and therefore more unwanted teen pregnancies), the fact that many african americans live in urban enviroment (ie; near abortion clinics), the fact that religious values have been declining among african americans and many other reasons.
The life history theory is an evolutionary framework which centers around the idea that animals have limited energy and resourced which they can invest, when talking about reproduction, the life history theory is a continuum which goes from animals that make a lot of offspring without investing in them, and animals which make few offspring but invest heavily in raising them. Many african countries seem to have high birthrates but rampant neglectful parenting, a possible example of the life history theory.
Abortion in relation to Witchcraft[edit | edit source]
The practice of witchcraft has historically existed for thousands of years, in recent years, many women who claim to be witches have treated their abortions as satanic rituals. The conservative youtuber Michael Knowles has even made a video reacting to one of these self-proclaimed "witches".[4]
