Arbitrary set of Western cultural values[edit source]

Any science on this? Bullying seems to be a human universal, likely evolved as a means of increasing reproductive success: https://psycnet.apa.org/record/2016-30477-007 Shy/inhibited behavior seems to be an easy target of this. Bibipi (talk) 06:43, 18 January 2020 (UTC)

One should note though that this could be a racial difference. Asians are by nature more conforming, less likely to rock the boat etc. They also have slower life history speed, so more focused on long-term group cohesion etc., hence they care a lot about the elderly and respect them etc. See, e.g. http://philipperushton.net/wp-content/uploads/2017/02/Race-Evolution-and-Behavior-ocr.pdf Bibipi (talk) 13:55, 18 January 2020 (UTC)
