On the other hand, one could question whether systemic circumstances pressure men into these situations, which could then count as involuntary. Today, people might involuntarily marry much later as a consequence of cultural, economic and environmentalist pressures forcing them to do so. Combining survey years 2016 and 2018 for female millennials, one finds fewer incels, only 17% (N = 337, 95% CI: 13%, 21%), which is significantly different from men (X² = 4.6, p = 0.03). Including year 2014, it becomes more significant (X² = 6.3, p = 0.01, 21% M vs 15% W).

This is likely mainly due to women getting into relationships earlier (in their [[The Wall|prime years]]) and dating older men, and possibly due to open relationships, polyamory, serial monogamy, harems, online dating and other forms of ''de facto polygamy'', i.e. [[Chad|Chads]] getting [[Hypergamy|more of the pie]]. Both young men and women have overall less sex today, but sex has likely [[Scientific Blackpill#Women_get_2-3_times_as_many_casual_sexual_relationships_from_Tinder_than_men|become more unequally distributed]] for both sexes, with especially the most sexually active men getting more sex than ever. The strongest effects are however in sexlessness overall, less stable relationships and later marriage.

While men accepted the casual sex offers 75% of the time when the offer was the most direct while the rest of the men apologized or gave valid excuses.  This is just when men were asked at random by a random women too.  The number would be even higher for both genders in less casual circumstances most likely.

Statistics mentioned above suggests inceldom is something that primarily affects men. Inceldom rates have been growing for both singletons and married men while it has remained stable for women. With inceldom near tripling in a decade and steady partnerships almost cut in half for those btw 18-35ish as shown above, we can see that inceldom issues are approaching a majoritarian issue.  But with 51% of young adults without a partner, we can safely conclude that the amount of people sympathetic to incels due to their own situation may now be a majority of young adults.

The strangest anomaly within this data is that married women have more sex than married men. Which begs the question, are married women cheating more, or are married men becoming willful [[cuck]]s?
