It is commonly assumed that even mild forms of rape are some of the worst crimes of all, comparable to murder. While '''it is unquestionable that rape-rape is bad''', and nearly all incels in fact prefer consensual and loving relationships, the trauma caused by rape has likely been overstated by feminists. No doubt, potential infections, physical trauma or even death should be classified as crimes with appropriate severity (i.e. assault and murder, respectively), but these are not the typical outcomes of rape. The moral panic about rape, also called "rape hysteria", is an likely unnecessary burden on the mental development of young men and overall leads to a less functional society.
