Feminism has torn down gender segregation at work, leading to increased time men and women spend together, increasing the potential for sex tensions, misunderstandings, sexual advances etc. As a result, workplace sexual harassment has become an issue of increasingly urgency. With ever broader definition of rape, also the definition of harassment has widened over time.
