Vaginismus

Vaginismus is a condition where involuntary muscle spasms interfere with vaginal intercourse. Vaginismus is a predominately psychosomatic condition that is found among women that prevents regular sexual intercourse when it is severe. In extreme cases, some argue that this can make the sufferers of this conditions involuntary celibate, as these women's sexual desire is not affected while their ability to engage in penis in vagina intercourse is.
