slavcels arent ethnicels imo...; "just be ethnic" theory (in russia)

slavs are white, phenotypically and genotypically; some may have little admixture of adjecent ethnic forces (turkic, finno-urgic, mongol ig) but its rather rare among the native slavic population, especially in the "civilised" eastern and balkan slavic countries inclduing central russia + st. petersburg.

"just be ethnic" may be an erratic phenomenon in russia, see:
