Is there such thing as a "non-sex-haver"

Like a catchall for MGTOWs, incels, etc.? It seems like that could be useful because there's no objective way of differentiating MGTOWs from incels, really; if a man is having sex, it's easy to say objectively he's noncel, but if he isn't having sex, then just because he's getting alleged IOIs or even sexual propositions from chicks, which he's rejecting, doesn't mean he's volcel. A lot of flirtations are just coquetry not seriously intended to lead to sex, and even if a woman says, "Let's have sex" she could easily flake out at some point before actually spreading her legs. The guy could find some way to mess up the mood or he could fail to close the deal competently or the logistics might not work out, etc. Some chicks have a vagina that's so tight that the first attempts at sex fail because he doesn't think to put her ankles behind her ears. There's many a slip twixt the cup and the lip.

Especially if the chick is someone anonymous from the Internet, if she says, "Let's meet at x place for sex" for all the guy knows, he could show up there and get stood up and/or assaulted by thugs who harbor some hatred against him for being a member of an incel forum.
