A '''Turkcel''' is someone whose [[inceldom]] is caused by sexual discrimination against their Turkic roots. This applies to those from Turkey, Azerbaijan, the central Asian states of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan,the Uygur Autonomous Region in China and Turkic republics of Russian federation, such as Tatarstan or Bashkortostan. The primary reason for inceldom among Uyghur men and women is that the Chinese government forcibly separates Uyghur men and women. As such it incelizes them to the point of becoming Turkcel because it seeks to inhibit procreation between them in an effort to change the ethnic demographics of the nation.
