Rather than researching into the actual causes of already ''extremely rare'' instances of violence (e.g. an overall anti-male bias due to [[gynocentrism]], as well as genetic dispositions for violence), one can expect the counter-terrorism and surveillance industry complex to rather exploit these rare instances of violence to extend their power and claim government funding, all under the pretext of being able to preventing ''all'' crimes.
