A cuck (in the sense commonly intended when the word is abbreviated as such) is a man who approves of his wife having sex with other men, someone who engages in "[[polyamory]]", or someone who is not able to sexually satisfy their partner (leading to cheating by the female).  In other words, any man who is, "guilty", of participating, however abstractly, in a subversion of monogamous practices.
