Roberto Esquivel Cabrera is a Mexican dickmogger, who according to an X-ray conducted by the World Record Academy, has an 18.9-inch penis, meaning he has the longest dick in the world. He has said he wants to receive government benefits and be recognized as disabled because it prevents him from holding down a job, and also that women are too scared to have sex with him.
Cabrera has expressed interest in having surgery to reduce the size of his penis. According to one doctor, most of his penis is in fact extra skin.[1]
