Alexithymia is the inability to describe emotions in the self. Some mentalcels of the incelosphere have identified alexithymia as a cause of their inceldom. These mentalcel alexithymiacs argue that because the condition makes one unable to make emotional connections or feel romantic feelings, their discourse is usually too bland to get themselves out of the friend zone.
