Neurotypical is an adjective as well as a noun referring to those who do not have any mental health issues.  
Neurotypical is an adjective of not displaying or characterized by autistic or other neurologically atypical patterns of thought or behavior. Basically, it means someone who is not on the Austism Spectrum.
