Skittles is ironic slang used by femcels. Skittles refers to overdosing on pills, a method that most women use when committing suicide. This contrasts with roping, firearms, and other traditional male methods of committing suicide.

You might see skittles referred to by femcels like so: "pass the skittles sis."
