Clown Pepe is a subgroup of a Pepe.
Pepe, or Pepe the Frog, is an internet meme used to expressively depict emotions.[1]

Designed as a green anthropomorphic frog with a humanoid body, Pepe originated in Furie's 2005 comic Boy's Club.
But the character became an Internet meme when his popularity steadily grew through 4chan and MySpace.

The users of the meme vary from political instances and interests (from the alt-right to twitch fags).
