The incelephant is a legendary elephant who was an incel.
His 26 March 2019 article on Daily Mail ("Angry wild elephant 'destroys cars and houses' in a Chinese town after 'failing to find a girlfriend to mate'") was referenced 26 January 2020 by Carnivore who referred to it as "elephantmaxx" and BigHeadCel used the portmanteau "incelephant" to describe him.
His is a higher-tier portmanteau since it shares two letters and a syllable, which isn't always the case with basic portmanteaus.
