The Oxford English Dictionary defines a disability first as "a physical or mental condition that limits a person's movements, senses, or activities."[1]
Since inceldom can limit one's movement, senses and activities, it meets the criteria for a disability. Both the UK employment tribunal and the European Courth of Justince have decided that obesity can be a disability. Inceldom should be classified in the same way, as a disability.
