He's citing a book called ''Antisocial : online extremists, techno-utopians, and the hijacking of the American conversation'' in support of an assertion that Yarvin supports totalitarianism. Just because something's in a book doesn't mean it's reliable information, and obviously this book is not neutral on the topic. Supposedly there's a footnote substantiating what he said about Yarvin, but I haven't been able to view the footnote on Google Books, so I can't speak to that.
